How Grella and CoCounsel use the documents you select
A large workspace, a document-review table, and a single conversation can use different inputs. Establish what the analysis actually examined before relying on the result.
- CoCounsel table capacity is not conversation scope
Thomson Reuters advertises Tabular Analysis for up to 10,000 documents and 100 questions. Its workspace help separately describes a 10,000-file store with up to 200 files referenced in one conversation. Those are different scopes, not conflicting limits.
These are documented limits, not a load test or performance comparison. Confirm current access and effective input selection. Grella has no matched capacity result in this review.
- Changing a review is a real workflow, not a new upload claim
CoCounsel’s March update describes adding or removing files and questions during a review and inspecting results in a three-pane viewer. Grella supports controlled reruns and keeps the source/question basis of saved answers.
In both products, test manual corrections, changed questions, missing answers, and the results that must run again. A Grella review cell is not automatically promoted into a shared Fact.
- Follow analysis into a deliverable
CoCounsel’s current workflow plans, researches, analyses, and drafts from a request; it is not limited to manually chaining classic skills. Grella combines contextual assistance with direct work in its persistent screens.

- Confirm the CoCounsel edition and connected systems
The 20 August 2026 release announced US availability of the new experience and described other regional rollouts separately. Confirm your country and account. The same announcement put the Reveal integration in October, not in the available September feature set.
The current product site also lists document-system and Microsoft integrations. Verify each needed connection and any additional licence rather than treating the list as an included bundle.
